It’s natural to have tons of questions when considering leaving your beloved pet with a stranger for the first time. To help you, I’ve provided a list of some of the frequently asked questions I'm confronted with below.
Is there an extra charge for multiple pets or medication?
No there is no charge for multiple pets. However, if you have a ton of fur babies that require a lot of time and we can not get it all done in the time frame you would prefer, we will let you know that the visits must be longer to ensure they get everything they require. The same thing also applies for medication; we would never charge to give your pet the medicine they need, only the extra time if it could not be done in the time allotted.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
If something should happen while your pets are in our care, we will, with your permission, take them to your vet or an emergency animal hospital of your choice.
Do I have to book a certain amount of visits?
We do not have a minimum amount of visits to book with us! Many clients only require one or two visits a day for when they are at work, out for a long evening etc.
The only time a minimum amount of visits is required is per day for vacations (when you are away for 24 hours or more) and you have a dog. In such instance we do require a minimum of 3 visits per day for the health and safety of the dog. There are exceptions to this rule for instance you have a friend letting them out once during the day, you have a doggie door they can use etc.
Making sure your pups are happy and healthy is the only reason for this requirement.
